it all began in the 1970s, when our founder Paolino Pennacchioli developed innovative food preparation systems and rotisserie cooking equipment (the patented "FornoPiù" wood burning oven)
the first mobile unit was fitted out, and attended local markets. Its increasing success led to the siting of many more units outside the new shopping centres that were springing up around Italy.
the next step was to set up fixed outlets within these shopping centres, improving systems and widening the range of offers
the late '80s, when many directly-owned outlets had already been established, saw the introduction of franchising. Only a few years later more than fifty outlets were operating throughout Italy, with others in the pipeline
future development anticipates further national growth and the launch of franchising networks abroad

the main feature of the company method is a constant search for the highest quality in all areas, from systems and outlet equipment to raw materials. Clear evidence of this can be seen in our painstaking attention to details that at first glance may seem relatively unimportant. all the most important equipment used in the outlet is produced directly by us. Though very user-friendly, it is also technologically innovative and protected by patents
after identifying and assessing the most promising locations, the company draws up contracts, designs the entire outlet and then presents the global proposal to the potential franchisee
handles the entire outlet set-up, from oven to furnishings and fittings, directly and in-house. It also puts the business system in place, dealing with every aspect of franchising activity and relations with the franchisee
